Solo practicing attorney looking for an in-office paralegal / legal assistant. Must be familiar with civil and criminal motion practice, discovery, use of Pro Doc and other legal templates, E-file, Pacer, Federal civil filings, calendaring, preparing trial binders and case files.
Looking for someone presentable, self-motivated, bilingual, and hard working. Starting salary negotiable, based on experience. For the right candidate a $50,000 salary is doable under certain terms, or contract work is available as well. Many options to work with.
