Schedule: Monday through Friday, with fixed or rotating shifts according to operational needs
Shift 1: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (½-hour lunch from 2:00–2:30 AM)
Shift 2: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (½-hour lunch from 10:30–11:00 AM)
Shift 3: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (½-hour lunch from 6:00–6:30 PM)
Responsibilities
Support the welding department as needed, including:
Furnace construction
Mold welding and assembly
Mold preparation for casting
Train new metal workers and welders for the Core Department or Welding & Construction Department.
Assist with related production or maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous welding or metalworking experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Basic computer skills (data entry, training records, etc.).
Ability to work a rotating schedule and perform physical labor as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
