HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The INxs Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining either single head or multi-head commercial embroidery machines to create decorative designs on various types of sporting apparel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prepare and set up embroidery machines for production, including threading, loading designs, and adjusting settings.
Import and manipulate embroidery designs using software to fit specific fabric types and sizes.
Monitor the stitching process to ensure high-quality output, checking for errors or defects.
Perform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure they operate smoothly.
Keep track of production schedules and inventory levels of materials.
Work with designers and production teams to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with embroidery machines and software.
Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
Capable of troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments.
Understanding of design principles to assist in the creation of appealing patterns.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or GED (required)
Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
Learn tasks quickly, be detailed oriented, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
Candidates are required to see and differentiate colors for accuracy in inspecting the product during and after being processed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. This role will work in a climate-controlled environment.

CÓMO TENDRÁ UN IMPACTO
El operador de la máquina de bordar INxs es responsable de configurar, operar y mantener máquinas de bordar comerciales de un solo cabezal o de varios cabezales para crear diseños decorativos en varios tipos de ropa deportiva.
LO QUE VAS A HACER
Preparar y configurar máquinas de bordado para la producción, incluido la carga de diseños y el ajuste de configuraciones. Importar y manipular diseños de bordado utilizando software para adaptarlos a tipos y tamaños de tejido específicos. Supervisar el proceso de costura para garantizar un resultado de alta calidad, comprobando si hay errores o defectos. Realizar tareas básicas de mantenimiento rutinario y solución de problemas en las máquinas para garantizar su buen funcionamiento. Realizar un seguimiento de los programas de producción y los niveles de inventario de materiales.

Familiaridad con las máquinas y programas de bordado. Capacidad para detectar errores y garantizar una costura precisa. Capacidad para solucionar problemas de la máquina y realizar los ajustes necesarios. Comprensión de los principios de diseño para ayudar en la creación de patrones atractivos.
