Position: Quality Technician I
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician I to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards. From performing process audits to solving quality issues, you’ll help drive continuous improvement across the company.
What You’ll Do
Support quality consultation, approval, and rejection of products, processes, and documentation.
Conduct audits for processes, KANBAN, ESD, MSL, and material handling.
Partner with production teams to resolve manufacturing quality issues.
Monitor cosmetic acceptance criteria and IPC-A-610 standards.
Generate daily/weekly quality reports and maintain internal dashboards.
Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements on raw materials and finished products.
Conduct random product audits during production.
Approve compliant products and reject or escalate non-conforming items.
Support ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 compliance.
Create quality alerts and share continuous improvement ideas.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in quality or auditing (preferred).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare reports, graphs, and presentations.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Experience with measuring instruments and auditing a plus.
Additional Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Reliable transportation.
Able to pass background check and drug screen.
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime).
Pay range: $19.71 – $22.07/hour DOE (depending on experience).
