GSW is looking for an indiviual for a Technical Support Representative position at McAllen Tx.
The following requirements are needed to apply:
Availability to start working immediately.
Availability to travel for training purposes to Mexico.
Passport Book.
Supply chain knowledge.
Experience in logistics and warehousing.
Required skills:
100% Bilingual (English and Spanish) written and spoken.
Fast learner

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong time management skills
Works well under pressure
Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
Experience:
Cross docking facility.
Transhipment.
Warehouse dock shipping and receiving.
Shipping and receiving cycle.
Material handling.
Inventory management.
Loading and unloading cargo.
Scope of work:
Monitor product handling and repacking procedures
Supervise that barcode labels are being printed and placed properly on re-packed bins.
Ensure that the labeling process is being executed correctly to avoid mis-labeling.
Verify the racks are being stored and rotated properly.
Share updates utilizing web-based video meetings to review progress on items throughout the project.
Provide daily reports of the observations and updates.
