Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk / Data Entry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. This candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data, maintaining records, and supporting general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:.
-Input data accurately and efficiently into databases and systems
-Maintain and update files, records, and documentation
-Use QuickBooks for invoicing and financial recordkeeping
-Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and handling correspondence
-Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients and team members
-Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently
-Maintain confidentiality and security of all information
-Meet deadlines consistently with minimal supervision
-Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
-Previous experience in data entry or administrative work (preferred)
-Excellent typing speed and accuracy
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong multitasking and time management skills
-Proactive, dependable, and able to take initiative
-Ability to work independently and in a team setting
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bilingual)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
