We are a Laundromat chain with (5) stores in the Rio Grande Valley looking for a part time Office Clerk (Approximately 8 to 10 hrs/week) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, mainly to entry Accounting data into QUICKBOOKS ONLINE. Our accounting system is already in place and totally up to date. If you have previous experience in this field and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Accounting data entry on QUICKBOOKS ONLINE: Enter Bank deposits, credit card charges, pay bills, print checks, reconcile bank accounts, etc
Prepare bi-weekly payroll information
Make Payroll and Sales Tax payments
Copy, fax, and e-mail documents
Develop and maintain a filing system
SKILLS:
Experience with QUICKBOOKS ONLINE is a MUST to apply for the position
A strong Accounting Data Entry background
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office is a plus (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School degree
