Greet and assist visitors and job applicants in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls and messages
File paperwork and maintain organized digital and physical records
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
