This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Counter Associate at Fiesta Cleaners, located in the Greater McAllen Area. The Front Counter Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries at the front counter, answering phones with proper etiquette, managing daily receptionist tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role also involves basic computer operations to process orders and manage customer information.
Qualifications-
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Basic Computer Literacy
Ability to work well in a team and assist customers effectively
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required.
