The HVAC Sales Representative generates sales of HVAC systems, products, and services to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to close sales effectively. The Sales Rep will work closely with the service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Generation:
-Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
-Conduct on-site evaluations to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
-Present and explain HVAC systems, products, and services to potential customers.
-Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
-Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales effectively.
-Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
-Provide post-sale support and address any issues or concerns.
-Follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
-Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
-Product Knowledge:
-Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends.
-Understand the benefits and features of different HVAC systems to recommend the best solutions for customers.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.
-Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
Reporting and Documentation:
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
-Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
