KRGC 95.1FM, a Christian radio station reaching a 45-mile radius around Rio Grande City, TX, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Account Executive. This role involves connecting with business owners or marketing decision-makers, either over the phone or in person.
Responsibilities:
Contact business owners or their marketing representatives to introduce KRGC 95.1FM advertising opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Promote station's services to local businesses within the 45-mile broadcast radius
Provide information and marketing materials (provided by KRGC) to prospective clients
Achieve sales targets and earn commission-based compensation with performance bonuses
Requirements:
Own transportation is required
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Station Information:
KRGC 95.1FM offers a mix of Christian programming, with Spanish programming airing from 7:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Commission-based pay with potential for bonuses based on sales performance
