We are a trusted Public Adjuster firm dedicated to advocating for clients impacted by property damage, including recent storms in the Rio Grande Valley (May 2024). We’re expanding our team to assist both previous clients and new commercial prospects in recovering what they deserve. Join us in making a meaningful difference while growing your sales career!
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to previous clients and new commercial leads affected by recent storms.
Clearly explain our public adjusting services and their benefits.
Set qualified appointments for our adjusters and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Track interactions in our CRM system and follow up strategically.
Earn bonuses for appointments secured and contracts closed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in phone-based sales (insurance, real estate, or service industries a plus).
Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, Microsoft Office).
Empathy and professionalism when discussing storm-related challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – a significant advantage for connecting with local clients.
Familiarity with insurance claims or property damage restoration processes.
