This is an entry-level IT support role designed to be a learning experience that builds into a traditional job. It’s an ideal opportunity for students currently involved or interested in a technology-related field who wants to supplement their knowledge with real-world experience.

Provide basic tech support (troubleshooting, setup, maintenance)
Assist with day-to-day IT tasks in a professional environment

What we’re looking for:
Basic knowledge of technology and troubleshooting (Windows/Mac, networking, or software support basics)
Currently studying or interested in an IT/Tech-related field
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Good communication and problem-solving skills
