Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to troubleshoot equipment
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problem
Qualifications
Knowledge of and experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop and server Operating Systems.
Excellent customer service skills
Good organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with emphasis in Excel.
