SCHEDULE: Able and willing to work overtime and varying shifts including early mornings, late afternoons, and Saturdays 7AM-4PM MONDAY - FRIDAY ON CALL WEEKENDS.
Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of LOGISTICS COORDINATOR.
WE ARE SEEKING A DETAILORIENTED AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
1. Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
2. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange shipments, provide updates on delivery status, and address any issues or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery receipts, and invoices.
4. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient loading and unloading of shipments.
5. Resolve any transportation or delivery-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely and professional manner.
6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and customer service experience.
7. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and customer service.
