Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Look after various office files and provide general office filing support
Greeting visitors
Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls Requirements - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
Customer service and office administrative skills
Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Receptionist Duties experience
Practical knowledge of data entry
Phone Messages experience
Phone Lines experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of Mail Packages
Phone Etiquette experience required
Phone Coverage experience
Proven knowledge of customer service
General familiarity with mail processing
