We are currently looking for a maintenance technician to work exclusively at the Woods of SFA. You must be EPA certified for HVAC, with experience in completing HVAC repairs and installations. The general job responsibilities include:
Property Inspections
Unit / Property Makeready (sheetrock, paint and flooring)
HVAC Maintenance
Plumbing Maintenance
Electrical Maintenance
Landscaping / Grounds Maintenance
Pool Maintenance
Other General Repairs Assigned
A criminal background check and tox screening will be completed prior to employment.
