Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Sr. SAP Functional Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. SAP Functional Analyst, you will be part of the IT project teams supporting the SAP practice as a whole. Define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, and validate SAP solutions with appropriate business stakeholders
Provide guidance and leadership to associate analysts in processes analysis, configuration, and implementation methodologies within a particular functional area
Evaluate development projects and assist in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements
What's Needed?
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in one or more SAP functional areas
Extensive knowledge and expertise in at least one SAP module, with a solid working knowledge of other SAP functional areas
Hands-on experience with configurations and customizations in SAP modules
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
