COOKS - COCINEROS:
Must be able to prepare food to order. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures on the cooks line.
SERVERS - MESERO/MESERA:
Provide excellent customer service to guests. Take orders, cash out guests and assist as needed to ensure guests get great service.
DISHWASHERS - LAVA TRASTES:
Assist with maintaining a clean restaurant. Wash dishes, clean dining room and assist as needed in maintaining safe and clean restaurant.
