Must read Job Advertisement- Will not be interviewing anyone who doesn’t know what they are applying for.
Job Seekers: You have a huge opportunity ahead of you right now because the job Market is not flooded with qualified individuals. Here’s the advice. Make yourself presentable. Expect to speak to people. Expect people are going to ask you questions and be prepared to answer questions. Expect multiple interviews to be conducted before you get the job. Have knowledge of the job and our company. Browse our social media pages, website, menus. Expect to be asked what you know about the company. Don’t be afraid to sell yourself. If you’re good at something say you’re good at it. Set yourself apart. Look presentable. Let your future potential employer know that you are going to be a hard worker, reliable, and follow through on what you say you’re going to do. The opportunity is huge for everyone right now. You can go into any industry and get a job, keep a job, move up, and make even more money if you’re willing to work hard because the candidates out there right now are not impressive.
Training is paid at $15 an hour. Once you can work independently, and you can work the food truck on your own you will make $16.50 an hour plus tips and bonuses. If you run the trailer really good you can get another raise! This can happen in a very short period. It is up to you! With tips, bonuses, and hourly pay you could earn $20.50 an hour on weekdays and over $24.00 an hour on weekends. Pay and bonus is weekly. Pay, tips and bonus are paid once a week. You can make $3500+ monthly working full time! Full time hours between 37 hours and 42 hours a week!
This is not easy money. You’re going to work hard for the money you earn. $3500 a month pay is a job where we expect you to show up to work every day and not miss, stay working for us a long time, prioritize this job high on your list, and work hard every day.
Positions available are:
Food Truck Team Member-Full Time
Responsibilities are as follows: Cooking, Food Prep, Preparing Food, Garnishing Food, Packaging and Giving Food to Customers, Working the Window and Register, and Cleaning. We are not hiring someone who can only cook or only work the window, etc The position requires you to be able to rotate to different stations to complete the job. Since this is a food truck there's not a lot of space and there's only 1 to 2 people that work per trailer.
This is a challenging position. The position is good for someone who wants to further their career in the food industry and learn many new skills and gain much experience to increase their value in the industry. The position is not good for someone who is looking for an easy non-challenging job.
Open schedule is required- Our business hours are not the only times we work. We do special events, deep clean and prep at different times than when we are open. We are hiring team members that are available for the company’s entire weekly routine. Total hours dedicated to work will be close to 40 hours a week. We work as a skeleton crew and do not hire more team members than are needed to complete the job. Therefore, it is important who we choose must be available for all the shifts we schedule them for and reliable to show up to them.
We are hiring team members who can make a 12-month commitment. If your plans have you doing something else sooner than 12 months it will not be a good fit. If you are going to “try it out” and quit if you don’t like the job, it will not be a good fit.
Position is working in a food trailer. It is not climate controlled. There is an AC and Fans but the food equipment makes it hotter inside the trailer than the outside temperature at times, and in the winter the opposite can occur. As the old restaurant saying goes “if you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen”.
Other things that would make someone a good fit:
Reliable- Doesn’t miss work or show up late.
Extrovert- Likes to be around people and make friends.
Fast Learner- No Experience necessary but will pick it up quick.
Has stamina for a physically demanding job- This is a front line service position where you will be lifting things, bending down, helping a lot of customers every day, and on your feet the whole shift.
Thank you!
