Thank You for looking at our ad. We are Rick's Cabaret Odessa, and we are the ONLY premiere Gentlemans club in West Texas. We love what we do, we're really good at it, and we would love for you to join our incredible and amazing team.
Season is approaching for us, so we have some great opportunities that opened up. Please come in as quick as you can, to fill out an application and interview.
Daytime positions and Night time positions are available. There is more of a need in the Daytime than the Night time.
If applying for any Daytime positions, come in from 11:30am till 6pm Monday through Friday and talk to Scott.
If applying for a Night time position, come in from 7:30pm till 1am and talk to Sean.
We are looking for the following positions:
Line Cooks, starting pay is $12 an hour plus tips. (yes we said tips, you will probably average around $15 an hour when slow, and closer to $20 plus an hour when its busy)
Waitresses, Daytime is an immediate need and it will be part time. If you need full time, we can fill your schedule on night shifts to make sure you get your hours. Night time we are looking for both full time and part time. Our servers make great money
Bartenders, honestly looking for some real hitters. Male or Female, as long as you have the skill set you will make a lot of money in the daytime shifts. Daytime is our first priority then will will be looking for a few night time. Can't wait to meet you
Door Girl, pays $9 an hour plus tips, and believe us when we say that is a lot Must be good with money, wear nice attire and be very professional. You are the first smiling face that our wonderful guests see upon entering our place and then once again when leaving.
All these positions are needed ASAP. Please absolutely NO phone calls If you want a job, you must actually come in and apply for one. Nobody has ever got hired over the phone Come in at the specified times only
To work here you will need a TABC card, possibly a food handlers card, and an SOB card. all are super easy to get, but these are the law. please understand and be ready to obtain these to work here.
Must have reliable transportation and a clock that tells time, meaning that you must be able to get to work on time.
