We are a regional property preservation company that oversees properties in the entire state of TX, and several other states. We have a gap in coverage in Pecos County, specifically in Fort Stockton. We are looking for a reliable person to assign securing, landscaping, winterization, and debris removal. This could be a one off job, or a long term working relationship, for the right person.
You must have your own truck and/or trailer to haul debris.
You must take before, during, and after photos as proof that you have fully removed all debris. We will give you access to our app to upload these photos. Must have a relatively new Smartphone.
There is more work to be done at this property, but we will start with these items. The other items will be bid items, that you can bid at your discretion. This is a HUD property so there are specific conveyance guidelines. We will help you with these guidelines.
