We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pool Technician to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in doing quality work, and have a good eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Duties include:
Cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools
Testing and balancing pool water chemistry
Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment (pumps, filters, etc.)
Reporting any issues or needed repairs
Interacting professionally with customers
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Must have your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
Ability to work independently and follow a route
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
We provide training for candidates with little pool knowledge but a strong willingness to learn and grow
Must be able to work in outdoor conditions
Schedule:
Full-time (Monday through Friday)
Occasional weekends may be required during peak season
Location: Based in Midland, servicing surrounding areas.
