DISPATCHER - HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule field technicians for service calls, ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer needs.
- Monitor service requests and adapt schedules as priorities shift.
- Keep customers informed with updates on technician arrival times and service progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, technician assignments, and job statuses.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize resource allocation.
- Address customer concerns efficiently and with professionalism.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to field technicians during on-site visits.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role (experience in heavy equipment service is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in dispatching software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Teams.
- Capability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Schedule:
5 days on, 2 days off.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate (DOE).
