We are currently hiring for the following position: Lead Maintenance.
Lead Maintenance Starting at $26-$28 per hour depending on experience. Must have HVAC Certificate. .

The ideal candidates should possess the following
Must have 5 years industry knowledge/experience in the Apartment Industry
Other Certifications is a plus
Pool certified is a plus
Fluent in verbal and/or written English
All employees hired are contingent to a background check, MUST have valid driver's license and drug screen.
