Role Description
The Operations Technician will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations
of the mining site. This includes maintaining mining equipment, ensuring optimal
performance, and performing troubleshooting to prevent downtime. You will work
directly onsite to support equipment deployment, ongoing maintenance, and issue
resolution, contributing to the overall uptime and productivity of the site.
Qualifications
o 2-3 years of experience in an operations, technical, or maintenance role,
preferably in the mining, energy, or technology sectors.
o Familiarity with mining hardware and basic troubleshooting.
o Experience in maintaining infrastructure and supporting onsite operations
Skills:
o Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair
equipment.
o Good understanding of site operations and how equipment interacts with the
overall mining system.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
o Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving, with an emphasis on
preventing downtime.
