PAY: $18.00-20.00/hr (based on experience)
HOURS: 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM (10-hour days, 10 days on and 4 days off)
DURATION: 3-6 weeks
START: 11/10/2024
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer who can dig trenches, ground grid, back fill by hand, help set forms and material handling. The ideal candidate will have basic construction skills, experience with hand tools, and the ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Dig, ground grid, back fill by hand, help set forms
Material handling
Perform cleanup duties and assist with unloading materials.
Conduct basic maintenance tasks.
Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks.
Follow directions and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE OSHA 10
Basic construction laborer skills are preferred.
Experience with hand tools is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
A team player who works well with others.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
