We are looking for a Journeyman or Apprentice experienced in general plumbing work with the aptitude and willingness to grow. This position will be customer facing and they need to be confident in communicating with customers. Must be able to work effectively with the Master Plumber to diagnose problems and help guide supporting team members.
Ability to diagnose a problem and present the customer with various solutions
Comfortable talking and interacting with customers
Ability to work independently while providing feedback to Master and office
Have a current Tradesman or Journeyman license or a current Apprentice card with at
least 2-3 years documented experience.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Have a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation to and from work
English speaking (bilingual is preferred but not a deal breaker)
Must have a good attitude, work ethic and be willing to work with others and take
instruction.
Must be able to work outside performing physical labor, standing for prolonged periods,
and able to lift 50-80lbs.
Our Office is based in Monahans, however most work is located in Midland/Odessa Area
Starting pay $22-$28/hr based on experience.
