WT Ranch & Land Management is looking for people to join our company. We are in need of experienced people who want to work hard and be rewarded! Day to day operations will have you doing something different.
work duties include but not limited to
-taking care of various properties
we maintain various properties for absentee land owners. our duties include general maintenace around houses and barns, Lawn maintenance, fence repairs, live stock checks and feeding, property checks, over see day to day operations.
-Fence building(Barbed wire, Top rail, custom) and smaller construction & demo related jobs.
-Dirt work, Land clearing & Land improvments.
REQUIREMENTS
-wants to work! not just show up for a pay check
-welding
-heavy/light equipment experience is a must.
-must have valid drivers license
-must have clean driving record as you will be in a company truck during buisness hours.
-must be able to pass a background check.
-having youre own hand tools are a plus
-performance bonuses are given if jobs are finished with in budget and time frame and also reflect attendance.
-pay will depend on experience. starting rate will be $18-$20/HR.
-dependable transportation to and from yard
