TANKERS ENDORSEMENT
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
NEED TO PASS DRUG TEST
Must have 2 years recent driving experience
Must have 1 year crude oil hauling ( note: that can be combined with the 2 year driving experience, meaning 2 years driving experience with at least 1 year of that crude oil)
