Pay is percentage based averaging 350 to 450 a day.
Pay can be W2 or 1099.
Flexible schedule and no truck sharing.
Need a driver in 2 locations and have listed both jobs below. May jump back and forth depending on where you live or how you run. Have lots of new volume coming on in 1st qtr of 2024.
I currently need a driver in Big Spring and Colorado City.
Runs average 20 miles to 65 miles. 3-4 loads a day. Real easy hauling. Mostly all pavement. No climbing tanks. 30-40 gravity oil.
I currently need a driver in Big Lake. These runs vary from 3 miles to 60 miles. Low gravity to condensate. Lots of locations, different producers, multiple offloads. Does require tank gauging. Accuracy for the customer. Be able to understand maps on satellite and navigate in the oil field. Lease Roads and some hill driving.
All my trucks have sleepers and are maintained. I do have a spare truck and trailer to minimize downtime. Trucks break down not if but when.

These positions require your own housing or willing to stay in the sleeper. Will train to some degree. Must understand tank batteries and the oilfield. It's OK if you've never hauled oil but will need some experience that can translate to crude hauling.
