Immediately looking fo truck Terminal manager. We will provide you 4 to 10 Freightliner Cascadia Semi Trucks and a diesel mechanic for the business intended in Frac sand around Midland, Odessa. Permian Basin.Must live or able to relocate in 25 Mile of midland, Odessa, Kermit.
Must have dispatch or driving Experience in Frac sand and semi truck transportation industry.
Must have driving license and reliable vehicle & cell phone.
Responsibility:
You will have to advertise and hire the drivers as needed.
Find the companies in Frac sand industry with good reputation and excellent paying and settled rates services with them to operate all trucks with them as owner operator.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
Manage terminal staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement strategies to improve terminal performance.
Maintain accurate records of terminal activities and prepare reports as needed.
Monitor terminal budget and control costs.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in terminal operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints.
Plan and coordinate terminal activities to meet operational goals.
Monitor and analyze terminal performance metrics.
Ensure proper maintenance and repair of terminal equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with Frac Sand companies how have great rates to work with them as owner operator.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Please note, this is a 1099 position of owner operator NOT a W-2 job.
