Description Robert Half is currently recruiting for a dynamic Compensation Analyst to join a thriving healthcare client on a contract basis. As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in evaluating and analyzing compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance within the healthcare industry. Supporting administration of employee compensation
Consulting with management regarding job descriptions and compensation programs
Analyzing compensation regarding new hires, internal job changes, and retaining employees
Collecting and maintaining compensation data and performing market analyses.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in human resources and employee compensation
A Bachelors or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related majors
Advanced skills in Excel and Access
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
