You will be working in the field and will be calling on physician offices in and around the Plano area.

Work environment: Business Growth Strategy

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

5 Years Sales or physician relations experience, preferably in healthcare provider setting - with Bachelor's Degree (Required)

OR9 Years Sales or physician relations experience, preferably in healthcare provider setting - without Degree (Required)

Experience in healthcare provider setting (Strongly preferred)

Candidates in Plano with healthcare sales experience is a plus

Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Position ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the required qualifications, a successful Business Growth Specialist willFacilitate growth in strategically designated THR services as defined by the established and approved development plan for assigned product, facility, territory, physicians, or physician groups.

Identify, initiate, and maintain contact with targeted physician practices with the intent to increase physician utilization of Texas Health services.

Develop quarterly sales plans based on market demographics for both physician and patient populations, market share patterns, patient utilization data and physician practice trends. Both financial and volume contributions to be included in planning and assessments.

Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with internal stakeholders (leadership, service line directors, operations managers, etc.) to encourage market orientation of service offerings and service delivery process improvement to encourage physician utilization of THR services.

Provides market assessment/field planning for area of responsibility.

Meet or exceed defined volume and activity targets.

Provides required documentation of physician visits and other performance requirements.

Participates in ongoing departmental responsibilities and opportunities to continuously learn and grow.

Both oral and written communication skills are vital to effective performance in this position.

Must be able to articulate feedback from physicians and administrators in a positive, concise and clear manner.
