salary: $130,000 - 140,000 per year

responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise for EDI transactions to customer support teams, trading partners, and IT team
• Analyze business requirements for inbound and outbound EDI/B2B and develops functional specifications
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot EDI translation software, i.e. Liaison Delta/ECS, SIG QAD Translator, IBM Sterling B2B or similar translator
• Establish and maintain B2B solutions which may include traditional EDI transactions (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.), direct or XML integration, and/or integration with 3rd party portals or gateways such as, but not limited to GHX, SPS Commerce, InExchange, etc.
• Identify and resolve root cause of problems in a multi-vendor, multi-provider and multi-component environment
• Continuously improve B2B/EDI and ERP Infrastructure and technology (workflow, translation, monitoring, upgrades)
• Understand ERP/QAD functions as related to tables and user requirements
• Benchmark processes - evaluate areas of opportunity, identify process gaps, and create plans to achieve increased performance, productivity and effectiveness in services provided

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)

skills:

EDI (5 years of experience is required)

ERP (5 years of experience is required)

Software Architecture (5 years of experience is preferred)

SQL (3 years of experience is preferred)

QAD (5 years of experience is required)
