Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Cycle Recruiter in Plano, Texas, United States. The role primarily focuses on recruitment for a multitude of positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and providing a superior customer/candidate experience. Working in partnership with different stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our staffing strategies and maintaining our brand in the talent marketplace.Responsibilities: Develop both long and short-term, cost-efficient recruitment strategies in collaboration with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners. Maintain a positive customer/candidate experience by focusing on the key aspects of a great customer experience. Establish yourself in the talent marketplace as the go-to contact for the fields you support. Show understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions and consult with managers on the hiring process, candidate pool, and offers. Review and phone screen qualified candidates to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers throughout the process, ensuring candidate decisions are made in a timely manner. Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partner and Compensation to create offers based on current labor market, extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates. Monitor candidate progress through the pre-employment process and provide timely updates to the Hiring Manager and candidates. Execute on deadline-driven hiring and collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to refine recruiting strategies as necessary. Utilize complete functionality of Oracle and maintain data integrity.Requirements Demonstrated ability in reviewing and streamlining hiring processes. Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) administration. Experience in staffing and executing recruitment strategies. Competency in utilizing Oracle for data integrity and management. Ability to conduct phone screens and pre-employment processes effectively. Proven track record in negotiating terms with business partners. Experience in enhancing brand awareness through recruiting processes. Knowledge of Worker's Compensation policies and procedures. Ability to provide excellent customer experience throughout the recruitment process. Proficient in identifying and implementing effective recruiting strategies. Sales skills, particularly in selling job roles and the company to potential candidates. Ability to progress and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
