Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Prosper, Texas. The role is a long-term contract opportunity that has the potential to go full-time. As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, your main responsibilities will include credit memos, maintaining customer records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Closely monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Handle cash applications with great precision Effectively manage customer collections and ensure payments are made in a timely manner Automate Accounts Receivable statements to improve efficiency Conduct invoicing and billing accurately and in accordance with company procedures Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline processes Execute billing functions and cash handling in compliance with company policies.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Experience with CRM Knowledge of Epic Software Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Billing Functions Experience with Cash Activity Knowledge of Cash Handling procedures and protocols Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
