SENIOR DATA INTEGRATION DEVELOPER

100% Remote

ICS is hiring a Senior Data Integration Developer with strong Healthcare experience. The Senior Integration Developer will ensure that data assets are of proper quality and highly available.

What You'll Do:

• Architect, design, develop and maintain ETL processes
• Integrate data from practice management systems, HR, Accounting, CRM and other sources
• Build and maintain ETL processes that are resilient, accurate, and efficient
• Analyze data, and design and build databases
• Load data while maintaining data lineage and operational tracking
• Enhance, fine-tune, monitor, support and maintain all integration processes
• Work with internal and external clients to gather requirements
• Maintain documentation, manage source code, conduct code reviews, and test
• Identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve data integration efficiencies
• Implement best practices, and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Recognize and advocate opportunities for excellence in process, infrastructure, and systems

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
• 3+ years as an ETL developer
• 1+ year of experience using Azure Data Factory is highly preferred
• 3+ years in data governance, data architecture, integration, and related areas
• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Expert knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedures in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
• Expert knowledge of quality assurance best practices in an ETL environment
• Expert knowledge of database concepts such as tables, views, and indexes
• Experience working with PowerShell
• Working knowledge of SSIS
• Demonstrated ability in prioritizing work in a logical manner
• Demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines with quality deliverables
• Demonstrated ability in communicating progress across projects
• Demonstrated ability in ensuring compliance with industry standard policies and procedures
