Pay rate is $15.00/hour
Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 4:30PM for training
The position will be fully REMOTE for training.
Flexible Schedule after Training (8-hour shift between 6AM-6PM)
Paid training is a minimum of 6-10 weeks.
After training, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (remote for two weeks and onsite for one week rotation or 3 days in office and 2 days remote each week).
You must have HIGH SPEED internet at home to do this position
Job Duties:Reviewing provider information in Salesforce
Utilizing multiple applications simultaneously
Sitting at a cubicle for extended periods of time
Reviewing credentialing application to ensure completeness
Confirming data submitted on provider credentialing application meets the minimum requirements for credentialing – based on documented policies
Going out to various websites (state license, DEA, etc.) confirming validity of elements and at times capturing a snapshot and saving in the credentialing system
Entry of data from credentialing application into system
What the position is NOT :A customer service position. You will NOT be taking phone calls from members
Not merely a data entry position
Job Specific Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED
6+ months of office clerical, medical, or insurance claims experience
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Solid computer skills - basic typing, navigation of toolbar
Solid data entry skills average: 7,000+ keystrokes/hour
Detail oriented with strong Interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Independent decision-making skills
Adapts well to change
Member-focused and highly engaged
Ability to meet and/or exceed performance expectations for quality and production
Ability to sit for long periods of time
