Description We are searching for a meticulous and professional temporary Receptionist to help our team in Richardson, Texas. As a Receptionist, you will undertake a range of reception and administrative tasks, including greeting guests, directing visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining the reception area. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is integral to ensuring an efficient and smooth-running office environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon their arrival at the office and direct them to the appropriate person and office Handle incoming phone calls, screen and forward them as necessary Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and material, such as pens, forms, and brochures Provide accurate information to visitors in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner Uphold office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Manage front office supplies and maintain inventory records Keep calendars updated and assist in scheduling meetings when required Organize travel and accommodations, and prepare necessary vouchers Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs Perform other administrative duties as required, including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxingRequirements Possess relevant experience in Receptionist Duties. Excellent skills in Customer Service. Proficient in using office equipment including printers, fax machines, photocopiers, and scanners. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times.
