Or 9 years equivalent work experience. 7 years of IT work experience in DBA, DBMS design and support and relevant computing environments. 7 years' experience on SQL/Oracle Server Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices Takes initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside perspective to identify innovative solutions Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations Verbal and written communication skill Customer service/results oriented -Flexible, may work weekends if support is needed for installs etc.

responsibilities:
Working in Information Security with SQL/Oracle Server Security Tasks. Performs SQL/Oracle Sever database clean ups and builds custom database roles. Physical database tables and design, works with system administrator and uses data dictionary software packages to ensure data integrity and security, recovers corrupted data and eliminates data redundancy. Uses tuning tools to improve database performance. Works with the application development teams, focusing on the back-end portion of data storage considerations and performance considerations for application systems being developed.
