RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a full-time Product Designer to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX.

Summary:
Join our client's Self Service Product Design team to advocate for users by identifying their goals and conducting any necessary research to create and iterate solutions that address users' pain points and meet their needs. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for delivering customer and business outcomes by contributing to and leading customer research, product strategy, product design. You will work with the Tech Strategy team to create best-in-class support experiences for consumer and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:
The Lead Product Designer will lead strategy and execution on large and small products by using effective design practices to drive quantifiable business outcomes
Actively plan and facilitate product strategy, experience mapping, research, design workshops, and user testing to act on behavioral evidence
Eloquently present objective rationale to partners for design decisions
Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct field research, task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing
As a Lead Product Designer, you will produce user journey maps, service blueprints, personas, storyboards, design prototypes, as well as pixel-perfect designs

REQUIREMENTS:
12+ years of related experience in a professional role
Must include an online or PDF portfolio
An exemplar communicator with excellent facilitation, coordination, and organization skills, including presentations to stakeholders
Expertise across design research, UX, visual design, content strategy, and product strategy, and knowledge of how to combine them to create optimal experiences for real people
Demonstrated proficiency/experience in modern technology and software tools, including Sketch, InVision, Figma, and Adobe XD

Desirable Requirements:
An inclusive design advocate who designs with empathy from a deep understanding of customer needs
Experience with creating and/or managing design systems
High-degree of comfort collaborating with developers, with the ability to propose solutions in real-time
Experience planning, leading, and facilitating design thinking workshops, and design sprints
