Lead Line cook wanted for independent scratch made restaurant. Responsibilities include ordering, assist in menu development, costing, supervising BOH staff, Tuesday-Saturday evening line, Sunday brunch and special dinners, backing lunch cook and wine bar cook. This 88 seat restaurant has been featured in Edible Austin, Texas Highways, the Southern Living, won two stars for our wine list from World of Fine Wine, international awards for our gelato.
