We are hiring a groundskeeper for our two motels, located one block apart (El Patio Inn at 1901 West Beauregard Avenue and San Angelo Lodge at 1717 West Beauregard Avenue.) This is a part-time position for 5, preferably 6 or 7, days a week, working early each morning to perform groundskeeping for both properties. Must work Saturday and Sunday mornings. Generally 25+ hours/week. Job duties include:
- lawn mowing, weeding, and watering grass/plants
- picking up, sweeping, and hosing parking lots, corridors, stairwells
- washing exterior windows, cleaning exterior window sills and doors
- cleaning outside grills
- other general maintenance work as assigned.
If you have other skills such as pool maintenance, painting, tiling, and other maintenance repair skills there could be additional hours available.
Work references are required. Work may begin immediately.
