Clean Cut Lawn Care is NOW HIRING in San Angelo! We are looking for someone with at least some professional experience doing basic lawn care tasks, a valid driver's license, and who takes pride in their work. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (You don't have to be an expert to start, but must have the basic skills already developed)
- Weed-eating
- Operating a zero turn mower or similar
- Hedge/Bush Trimming
- Working outside in this climate
PAY DETAILS: Starting pay is $15/hr plus customer tips, and raises are given based on performance so it's really up to you. Take care of the business and the business will take care of you. All new-hires have a 2 week probationary period in which they are paid as contractors. This is simply due to the high turnover rate in this industry. After completion of the 2 week probationary period, you will be added to the payroll system and will officially be an employee of Clean Cut Lawn Care! Customer tips, over-time pay, and an occasional bonus are included.
IMPORTANT: We are admittedly more picky than most lawn care companies when it comes to the employees we hire. While prior experience is very helpful, good character is more important than anything to us. We are very team oriented so we won't tolerate disrespectful behavior, dishonesty, bad attitudes, etc. We only keep those who work and act professionally. We take a lot of pride in the reputation we've built and we must maintain it at any cost. Our customers expect professionals, and they deserve no less. We are not the typical mow & go company, and that's why we are successful.
