Need a carpet installer to install carpet and carpet pad in residential room 17 ft long by 12 ft wide. The room already has carpet strips in place and the previous carpet has been removed. All materials will be provided by homeowner. Tools for installation will need to be provided by carpet installer. The location is Eden, TX which is small town 45 miles SE of San Angelo.
