We are a growing company with operations spanning five diverse businesses, each in a unique sector. Our dynamic portfolio includes industries such as construction, field services, and more. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to oversee and manage accounting for all five businesses, ensuring accurate financial records and contributing to each company’s financial health.
Job Responsibilities:
∙Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks for multiple businesses, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
∙Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing and maintaining budgets for each business unit. Support cash flow management, projections, and budget planning.
∙Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, consolidating data across all business units for executive review.
∙Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards. Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
∙Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify financial trends and support business decisions. Provide insights on profitability, cost controls, and opportunities for growth.
∙Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, HR, and management teams across all businesses to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
∙3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with multi-entity or multi-business experience
∙Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems)
∙Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
∙Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple entities
