SMR Security Service is looking for a part-time staffing accountant/bookkeeper! This is a part time in office position. Hours are from 9am - 5pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday). Looking for someone who is a quick learner, works well in fast paced environment, self starter/motivated and highly organized.
This person will handle the following daily accounting/billing task.
Invoicing/Quick Books online (MUST KNOW)
Documenting transaction details
Putting together financial reports
Fact-checking accounting data
Notify office manager of any accounting errors
Recording financial transactions
Tracking payroll data
Collections
Accounts Payables & receivables
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
9am - 5pm
