Local mechanical contractor seeking experienced Payroll Administrator with HR experience.
Experience using ADP Workforce Now Payroll/HR software
Experience processing certified payroll reports (Emars/LCP Tracker/WH-347 form) is a big plus, but not required
Reviewing/auditing payroll time entries and making needed corrections
Entering new hires personal info into system
Balancing payroll hours/deductions
Assisting employees with onboarding and benefits enrollment on paper and/or in ADP Workforce Now
Updating employee info in system (titles, rate of pay, direct deposit info, addresses, etc)
Above average data entry accuracy
Strongs skills with Excel
Strong attention to detail
Computer/tech savvy
Organized
Dependable
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Other duties as assigned
