Looking for a part-time payroll processor who has had at least 1 year of experience processing payroll using Quickbooks, Paychex or ADP software. This person will be cross-trained to complete data entry into Quickbooks. We are a small accounting firm that services small and medium sized businesses, non-profit organizations and property owner associations. This position will start out part-time and grow to full time and work is to be completed at our Lakehills location (8 minutes from Medina Lake). Qualifications
1. Must have at least 1 year of experience using Quickbooks Desktop and/or online version.
2. Must know how to use Excel, Word, Email and be able to use web-based software.
3. Must have experience working in the accounting field or accounting department
4. Must be able to pass a credit/criminal background test
5. Must be able to pass a drug screening
Duties Include:
1. Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis for multiple clients
2. Communicate with clients on behalf of CPB or other staff members including pickup and delivery
3. Process new hire and employment verification documentation for multiple clients
4. Enter client transactions into Quickbooks
5. Ensure timelines are met throughout the month
